Our Lean and Sustainability Practitioner course will show you how to use lean techniques to help your organisation meet its sustainability goals and save money.

As one of our accredited Lean Competency System (LCS) training packages, you’ll be supported by expert coaching from a specialist in how to use lean tools to make a positive impact in your workplace.

About the course

Sustainability and energy efficiency are key priorities for the UK and other nations around the world, driven by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

And as costs continue to rise for businesses and other organisations, it’s crucial for your company to avoid wasting valuable resources, so it can save money while reducing its negative impact on the environment. Sustainable processes are vital for safeguarding the long-term future of your business, whatever industry you’re in, from manufacturing to service.

This training course will give you the practical skills to ensure your workplace is lean and green, so it can save energy and cut waste across all its operations.

As well as learning the theory, you’ll take part in hands-on exercises to put your newly acquired knowledge into practice.
