People Centred Excellence is an accredited provider of training through the Lean Competency System (LCS). This means that if you complete one of our portfolio of lean training and coaching courses, you’ll be certified to a globally-recognised standard of lean competence.

About LCS accreditation
The LCS was launched in 2005 by Cardiff University’s Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC).
The framework has 7 levels of competency, ranging from 1a to 3b, covering the entire spectrum of lean knowledge and applications.
Those 7 levels are grouped into 3 categories:
Level 1: Fundamental
Level 2: Technical
Level 3: Strategic
People Centred Excellence has a long association with both the LCS (as certified lean experts) and Cardiff University (as visiting lecturers on Cardiff Business School’s MBA programme). We’re delighted to have our training recognised by this prestigious accrediting body.
