People Centred Excellence’s newest addition to its LCS Accredited training portfolio.

People Centred Excellence today announced the launch of its Advanced Lean Coach Training programme. The Advanced Lean Coach course is tailored specifically for lean and CI professionals looking to take their skillset to be operational at a truly strategic level in organisations and offers a way for those already qualified to LCS Level 1c – or those with significant prior experience – to gain LCS Level 2a, the next step up on the Lean Competency framework. The LCS – through its affiliation to Cardiff University – is recognised internationally as the leading model for lean programmes.

The LCS L2a Advanced Lean Coach Training will run as a 3-day public course in the UK in Summer / Autumn 2024, depending on how quickly places sell. Delegates should plan for their supported project work to take 6 – 9 months beyond that, to show application of their learning in a real context.
