Stuart worked in the automotive industry for 15 years, rising to senior management at Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars, before starting his career in lean training and consultancy. He’s developed the knowledge, understanding and skills to practically use lean tools, techniques and leadership behaviours in production and office environments, based on the Toyota Production System.
Stuart has more than 25 years’ multi-sector experience in both lean and production systems. This gives him a solid background for leading operational improvements through the whole value stream, from product design and development to supply chain development, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, sales and after-sales support.
