Eric has an enviable track-record of helping businesses with their lean transformations. He has more than 20 years’ experience at Rolls-Royce in Derby, including establishing the first Kaizen Promotion Office in the 1990s and being trained in the just-in-time (JIT) methodology by Shingijutsu consultants. And he has a further 22 years’ practical experience as a lean and improvement practitioner.

Eric has led a multitude of improvement programmes, which have optimised quality, cost and delivery performance in manufacturing environments. He’s also taken part in numerous lean projects to reduce lead time and working capital, and to increase productivity and improve customer service. Plus, he has extensive experience of creating visual performance management systems, while his pragmatic and engaging approach leads to measurable results when he’s working with both teams and individuals.

Clients include: Network Rail (rail infrastructure), David Brown Gear Systems (transmissions), Arjo (medical equipment), Gerhardt (die manufacture), Gardner Aerospace (aerospace components), Outokumpu (steel), Marston (automotive) and Forterra (construction).
